momofuku's cornflake marshmallow chocolate chip cookies

Making these cookies is a bit time consuming, but well worth it. They're sweet, but not too sweet, chewy, crispy and have a nice caramelized flavour from the marshmallows. Although it isn't the actual Momofuku recipe (here's hoping for a Momofuku Milk Bar cookbook soon), this copycat version makes some tasty cookies.
