Ok, remember the candied jalapenos that I made back in August? Well, I cracked the jar a couple of weeks ago and they turned out amazing! I'm actually a bit mad at myself for only making one jar. They are sweet, spicy and addictive. My daily fix involves a triscuit, a piece of old cheddar (or a spoonful of cottage cheese) and a single candied jalapeno, but they are also great in burritos, quesadillas and sandwiches. I'm pretty sure I'll be making these every year and am planning on making a couple more jars soon to last me through the winter.
