red velvet cupcakes

I love cream cheese frosting and red velvet cupcakes are the perfect vehicle for a good slathering of the stuff. Basically moist buttermilk-chocolate cupcakes tinted red, these red velvets had a tender crumb and were not to sweet. I used Baked's red velvet cake recipe (but changed the baking temperature to 350 for 25-30 minutes) and Martha Stewart's cream cheese frosting recipe.
