korean week

I'm going through a Korean kick again. Last weekend alone I made Seolleongtang (ox bone soup), kalbi and two radish banchans (mu sangchae and kkak dugi). We've been enjoying them throughout the week. Korean food is the best.


* Mu sangchae (radish salad) is one of my favourite side dishes. It's tangy, crunchy and really refreshing.

* I'm trying to perfect my kkak dugi (cubed radish kimchi) recipe. This one turned out great.



* Kalbi cooked over charcoal tastes the best, but when I need a quick fix I'll just broil them in the oven or use my counter top grill.
