poutine at home

Vern brought me back some squeaky cheese curds from Fromagerie Lemaire. Check out her post from Quebec City here. I decided to make my own homemade poutine. I used shoestring fries, chicken gravy and those squeaky curds. I kept it simple and classic, the curds alone were delicious. Try this out at home for a quick hearty Quebec-style poutine.
