lunch at king's noodle
Last Saturday I had a quick lunch at King's Noodle. Both Davis (read his previous post
) and I frequent this Chinatown fixture quite often. It's cheap, fast and delicious. I think we both see it as asian-style comfort food.
* tripe and wonton soup
* roast pork + bbq duck on rice
* King's Noodle
296 Spadina Ave.

Tripe and wonton noodle soup. Best enjoyed with a generous heap of their chili oil.

We love food, we love to cook and we love to eat. So deal with it.
vern has an obsession with cookbooks. she loves pork, pickles and cheese, but hates quinoa, wet seaweed and uni. don't call her a foodie.
davis is a fan of cooking, baking and eating. his idea of a perfect day would be brunch, market shopping and making a delicious meal. all in that order.
