Hello again, I've been really obsessed with this cook book Vern had given me for my birthday: "Whoopie Pies" by Sarah Billingsley and Amy Treadwell, a collection of sweet and savoury recipes for whoopie pies. Ever since we started our dinner club, I've been wanting to make a different whoopie pie for each event. This time around I made jalapeno cornbread with bacon and chive goat cheese filling ones. Let's just say they are a meal in themselves! See you next time.
